Exchange & Returns
At IBA Store, you can request an exchange or return if the item does not suit you.
Items are eligible for return if they have not been used, retain their original appearance, have all tags attached, and show no signs of wear, provided no more than 14 days have passed since receipt of the order.
How to Request a Return
To arrange a return, please contact us via the “Contact Us” button on the website.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- The reason for the return;
- The product SKU;
- Refund details / the card used for the purchase.
After confirmation from our manager, the item should be shipped via the CDEK courier service.
Shipping costs for returns of items in proper condition are covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the same card used for the purchase within 10 calendar days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank’s regulations.

Product Quality Claims
If you have a quality claim, please contact us via the “Contact Us” section, describe the issue, and attach photos if necessary.
To speed up review, we recommend including your order number and photos of the item.
